PBR, ETBLITZ TEAM UP AGAIN | Back in the saddle, this time in OKC
Road trip!
Well, ETBlitz.com is taking one to Oklahoma City, so we thought we’d be there when The PBR kicks off its third season of PBR Teams this weekend.
Oklahoma City is the home of the one of the newest teams for this season, the Oklahoma Wildcatters, coached by PBR legend and two-time PBR world champion J.B. Mauney.
The Wildcatters will look to defend their home dirt and pick up a victory in their first-ever event. Night one games will see the Wildcatters take on the Texas Rattlers, coached by another PBR legend Cody Lambert.
Another game of interest will see the Kansas City Outlaws take on the Austin Gamblers, who are led by young phenom Jose Vitor Leme. The Outlaws are led by the 2024 PBR World Champ Cassio Dias. Fans likely remember the tight race Dias had with John Crimber back in May to win his first world title in Arlington.
Also, the Nashville Stampede will take on the Arizona Ridge Riders on night one. The Stampede are led by three-time PBR world champ Silvano Alves; the Ridge Riders are by Eduardo Aparecido.
Another new team in season three, the New York Mavericks, will battle it out against the Missouri Thunder. The Mavericks are a young team looking to make a big name in year one, but the Thunder are ready and are led by Boudreaux Cambell.
In night two, it’ll be number one draft pick John Crimber and his Florida Freedom taking on the Carolina Cowboys. The Cowboys are led by none-other than seven-time PRCA world champ Sage Steel Kimzey. We will also see the Texas Rattlers take on the Missouri Thunder, the New York Mavericks take on the Nashville Stampede, and by the Oklahoma Wildcatters battling the Arizona Ridge Riders.
On night three, the Missouri Thunder will face the Kansas City Outlaws, and we’ll also see the Florida Freedom take on the Nashville Stampede. In the final two matchups, the New York Mavericks meet the Carolina Cowboys and the Oklahoma Wildcatters will battle the Austin Gamblers.
It’s going to a great weekend in OKC to kick off the 2024 PBR Teams. There should be a lot of action and some great rides.
