ARLINGTON – Inside AT&T Stadium Saturday, PBR’s 2025 World Finals began, night one of two featuring the world’s best bull riders and bulls on the hunt for a world title – oh, and a cool $1,000,000 going to the winner.

In round one, the riders came ready, with 12 of the 25 riders putting up their score – none bigger than Jose Vitor Leme, who put up an 88.75 ride atop Ugly This to take the round one win.

The round began with Daniel Keeping putting up an 88.25 on Montana Jacket, followed by Felipe Furlan going 88 on What`s Poppin. Claudio Montanha Jr. scored 84.5 on Blown Away; Alan de Souza hit for an 85.25 on Snap Chatter; and Kaique Pacheco wrapped up section one with 86 points on Sky Walker.

Section two started off slow, but Andrew Alvidrez took Tulsa Time to 8 for 88.5 points. Kaiden Loud put up 87 points on El Chapo; Keyshawn Whitehorse let it fly on Let Him Fly for 85.50; Cort McFadden scored an 86.75 on Rank Frank; and Paulo Eduardo Rossetto took Playboy for 74.75 to end the section.

Section three featured what would be THE ride of round one, with Leme putting up an 88.75 ride on top of Ugly This. John Crimber rode July for an 88.25 to end round one. Dalton Kasel still has the lead in the world standings, even after bucking off in round one.

In round two of the World Finals, it was the bulls ready to buck, as only five of the 25 riders would cover.

The round started off with Elizmar Jeremias and Bangarang combing for 85.50, then Dener Barbosa covering Blowhard for an 83.50, the only two rides in section one.

Section two saw Hudson Bolton ride Trigger for 77.75 points; Alan de Souza ride Hoobanstank for 87 points; and Paulo Eduardo Rossetto would be the first to ride two and take Pay Pal for 84.75 to end section two.

In section three we only saw one ride, but it was big, and I mean big: Leme took Oyster Creek Brawler to the pay window for 90.5 points to win round two.

Leme would close the gap in the world title race with a round one and two wins.
