EDITOR’S NOTE: Here, in pictures, is photographer Alex Nabor’s take on the Kilgore High School Bulldogs’ 30-6 win over Chapel Hill last Friday in Forney. The Ragin’ Red are now 12-2, and will meet La Vernia (11-3) on Friday night at 7:30 at Randall Reed Stadium in New Caney. The winner of that game, Kilgore vs. La Vernia, will play for the University Interscholastic League Class 4A, Division I state championship on Friday, Dec. 20 at 3 p.m. Kilgore is seeking its first state title game appearance since 2013. But that’s not now. For now, take a look at this great work by Kilgore College student Alex Nabor.

The Kilgore High School Bulldogs, before kickoff against old nemesis Chapel Hill last Friday night at Forney’s City Bank Stadium. Kilgore would win the game, 30-6, and advance to the final four in the state in the UIL Class 4A-Division I playoffs.
