Kilgore cornerback Jayden Sanders (3) was named the defensive most valuable player of the Texas State 7-on-7 Tournament as part of the Dave Campbell's Texas Football All-Tournament Team. The tournament was played this past week at Veterans Park in College Station, and both Kilgore and Sabine were in it.
