ALEX’S ART! | Pure football from Kilgore-Chapel Hill

EDITOR’S NOTE: Alex Nabor is one busy dude. He’s a student at Kilgore College, often shoots for the college, and shoots everything under the sun that ETBlitz sends him to, in addition to all kinds of weddings, social engagements — you get the idea. I’m tired after writing that. Dude has a lot going on. He did make it to Tyler, (unfortunately for Chapel Hill) to capture these shots of the track meet — er, football win —that Kilgore claimed there Friday, 42-7. Y’all enjoy!

Kilgore quarterback Kayson Brooks scrambling for yards. Brooks went 10-of-14 for 349 yards, three touchdowns (to Javon Towns, Lakeyleon Graves and Jayden Sanders) and an interception, and also ran for 34 yards in the Bulldogs’ win. (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)
Javon Towns (1) had a heck of a night, too: a 61-yard punt return, a 76-yard connection with Brooks for a score, and a north-of-100-yard interception return for a touchdown as a defensive player. That dog! (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)

Kilgore’s offensive line is where the success starts on that side of the ball. You can’t really see their numbers here, but this is early in the Chapel Hill game, and here’s who’s on the line: Daniel Garcia (78), Hunter Whipkey (72), Collin Burrows (52), Jaden Pastor (62), and Cameron Christian (65). They helped Kilgore to 527 yards from scrimmage on Chapel Hill Friday night. (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)
The crew: from left, Dre’ Sanders (13), Javon Towns (1, obscured), Lakeyleon Graves (4), Wylie Mitchell (30), Ja’Kalen Sheffield (7), and foreground, Isaiah Watters (5). This meant bad news for Chapel Hill’s offense, who did not score on Kilgore all night. Kilgore allowed 165 total yards, held the “Bulldogs” to 86 rushing yards, and to 10 first downs. Sheffield led in tackles, with 11, and had a pass break-up. Jamarian Morgan had 10 tackles and a sack. La’Perrion Graves had nine tackles, a sack and two tackles for loss. Mitchell had eight tackles.. (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)
How’d you like to try to get through this freakin’ guy? It’s big Cam Christian (65) watching out for Kayson Brooks (2). (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ>COM

Smells like $. M-O-N-E-Y. Touchdown, Kilgore! Touchdown, Jayden Sanders! Look out, Alex Nabor — you’re in his way! (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)
Isaiah Watters, now in at running back, scored twice against Chapel Hill, here with some blocking by good ol’ Jackson Tucker Phillips (66). Don’t want to mess with that dude, either. (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)

Welp, that’s that. Business taken care of, the Bulldogs left Chapel Hill and will host Lindale on Friday night. (Photo by ALEX NABOR – ETBLITZ.COM)
